1. Overview
Welcome to goalharborx.com, offering goal sprints with checkpoint metrics. goalharborx provides tailored programs and products to help individuals achieve focused objectives.
2. Services
goalharborx offers one-on-one coaching sessions designed to guide participants through intensive goal sprints with defined checkpoints. Each session is scheduled in advance and customized to individual progress plans.
3. Infoproduct
Our digital course delivers structured materials, video tutorials, and interactive worksheets. Access is granted immediately upon purchase and continues for the duration specified at checkout.
4. Goods
Physical workbooks and branded planners are shipped to the address provided at the time of purchase. Shipping timelines vary by location and will be communicated during order confirmation.
5. Checkpoint Metrics
Participants track progress at each checkpoint using predefined measurement criteria. goalharborx reviews metrics and offers feedback to ensure alignment with sprint objectives.
6. Reimbursement Policy
Services
- If a request is submitted within 7 days of initial session confirmation, a full reimbursement is granted via the original payment method.
- Requests after 7 days may qualify for session rescheduling at no extra charge, subject to availability and prior notice of at least 48 hours.
- Certain accelerated sprints require dedicated resource allocation and are marked as non-reimbursable. These conditions will be clearly indicated in program details.
Infoproduct
- Requests within 14 days of purchase are eligible for a partial reimbursement equal to the purchase amount minus an administrative fee.
- After 14 days, no reimbursement is available due to full access granted upon enrollment.
Goods
- Requests within 30 days of delivery may be submitted if items are in original condition. A reimbursement is processed once the item is received at our facility.
- Bespoke or customized goods are exempt from reimbursement unless there is a defect or error on our part.
7. Rescheduling
Coaching sessions may be rescheduled up to three times with a minimum notice of 24 hours. Each session must be completed within the program timeframe or it will be considered fulfilled.
